Scop
The role holder is responsible for conducting the implementation and optimization of data management activities and solutions. The role holder will be instrumental in establishing robust data governance frameworks, ensuring the integrity, consistency, and usability of master data across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their master data requirements, document data definitions, and analyze data structures for optimal data management.
Plan and execute data migration activities, including data mapping, data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, during system upgrades or platform transitions.
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations, implement access controls, and monitor data usage to protect sensitive master data.
Conduct thorough analysis of existing master data sets to identify discrepancies, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to provide insights into master data quality, trends, and performance, supporting decision-making processes.
Facilitate change management activities related to master data management initiatives, including communication, training, and stakeholder.
Develop and enforce master data governance policies, standards, and processes to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with business users and IT teams to map data sources, define data hierarchies, and create data models that support effective master data management.
Define and implement data standardization rules and processes to harmonize master data elements across disparate systems and business units.
Coordinate the integration of master data management solutions with existing enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is required.
5 years of experience in similar or related field.
Experience in Information Technology, or Data Solutions, or Networking, or Cybersecurity.
Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English.
