About HAKA
Scope
The candidate shall have in depth Knowledge of Substation Communication System & shall be able to analyze a variety of systems, which include conventional and renewable generation facilities, substations, and transmission & distribution systems.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement SCADA systems tailored for substation automation and control for AIS (Air Insulated Substations), GIS (Gas Insulated Substations), overhead transmission lines (OHTL), and underground (UG) networks.
Hands on experience with communication protocols like IEC 61850, DNP3, Modbus, and TCP/IP for real-time data exchange.
Configure and maintain protocols like IEC 61850, DNP3, Modbus, and SCADA systems for real-time data exchange.
Design LAN/WAN networks, fiber optics, and wireless communication setups tailored for substation environments.
Ensure secure data transmission and compliance with the company standards for critical infrastructure.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and clients to meet project goals and timelines.
Prepare technical drawings, project technical specifications (PTS), and reports for communication systems and integration plans.
Designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance MPLS-based networks.
Hands on experience in Substation Automation System (SAS).
Integrate IEDs, RTUs, PLCs, and SCADA systems for real-time monitoring and control.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication / Communication Engineering
9-14 Years of experience in a related field.
