About HAKA
Responsibilities
The candidate shall have good engineering & design knowledge and experience in Combined Cycle and Thermal Power Plants including simple cycle steam turbine, simple cycle gas turbine, combined cycle, oil fired, gas fired, oil to gas conversion, associated powerplant systems, sub-systems and Balance of Plant., etc.
Experience with mechanical equipment shall include Boiler / HRSGs, Steam Turbines, Gas Turbines, Water cooled condensers, pumps, air and gas treatment & compression systems, Oil and water storage tank farms, pressure vessels and associated Auxiliary equipment, etc.
Experience with mechanical systems shall include Desalination Plants, Demineralization plants, cooling water systems, Firefighting systems, Security Systems, HVAC System, Material Handling systems, piping & pipeline systems and associated auxiliary systems, etc.
The candidate shall be capable of preparing Request for Proposal (RFP) / Request for Quotation (RFQ) for new Power Generation, Expansion, Conversion and Modification Projects.
The candidate shall be capable of developing Process Flow Diagrams, Piping & Instrument Diagrams, General Arrangement Drawings and Layouts so as to provide a complete technical & functional description of Project requirements in the RFP / RFQ.
Review the EPC Contractors / Manufacturers Technical Proposals and respond to their technical queries.
Skills with software programs such as CAESAR II, PVElite, E3D, SP3D, AutoCAD / MicroStation are preferred.
Knowledge in Renewable Energy projects such as Solar Thermal, wind, etc., will be added advantage.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.
15 Years of experience in a related field.
