Job Summary
The Patient Relations Associate Representative is responsible for welcoming patients and visitors, providing guidance and assistance, and ensuring a positive patient experience throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and guests.
Provide directions and information regarding hospital services and facilities.
Support patients throughout their healthcare journey.
Coordinate with healthcare staff to facilitate patient needs.
Assist elderly and special-needs patients when required.
Address patient inquiries and concerns professionally.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
Report any patient safety, service, or facility concerns.
Adhere to all company and client policies and procedures.
Requirements
Higher Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare, or a related field.
Good command of English and Arabic.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in smart devices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods.
