Job Summary

The Patient Relations Associate Representative is responsible for welcoming patients and visitors, providing guidance and assistance, and ensuring a positive patient experience throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and guests.

  • Provide directions and information regarding hospital services and facilities.

  • Support patients throughout their healthcare journey.

  • Coordinate with healthcare staff to facilitate patient needs.

  • Assist elderly and special-needs patients when required.

  • Address patient inquiries and concerns professionally.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

  • Report any patient safety, service, or facility concerns.

  • Adhere to all company and client policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • Higher Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare, or a related field.

  • Good command of English and Arabic.

  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in smart devices.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.

  • Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods.
