Job Summary
The Patient Relations Representative serves as the primary point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality customer service to patients and visitors.
Proactively assist patients with appointments, directions, and general inquiries.
Handle patient concerns, complaints, and service requests professionally.
Coordinate with medical and administrative departments to resolve issues.
Support patient satisfaction initiatives and service excellence programs.
Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy.
Participate in training programs and service improvement activities.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare and organizational standards.
Requirements
Higher Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum 2 years of experience in patient relations, customer service, hospitality, or front-desk operations.
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and smart devices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Willingness to work rotational shifts.
