Job Summary

The Patient Relations Representative serves as the primary point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to patients and visitors.

  • Proactively assist patients with appointments, directions, and general inquiries.

  • Handle patient concerns, complaints, and service requests professionally.

  • Coordinate with medical and administrative departments to resolve issues.

  • Support patient satisfaction initiatives and service excellence programs.

  • Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy.

  • Participate in training programs and service improvement activities.

  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare and organizational standards.

Requirements
  • Higher Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in patient relations, customer service, hospitality, or front-desk operations.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.

  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and smart devices.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

  • Willingness to work rotational shifts.
