Job Summary

The Area Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Patient Relations (Marhaba) Team, ensuring service excellence, staff performance, and compliance with operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of Patient Relations staff.

  • Monitor service quality and patient satisfaction levels.

  • Ensure adequate staffing and shift coverage.

  • Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.

  • Handle escalated patient concerns and complaints.

  • Prepare operational reports and maintain service records.

  • Coordinate with hospital management and relevant departments.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and safety standards.

  • Support training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare services, or patient relations.

  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is highly preferred.

  • Fluent in English and Arabic.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital platforms.

  • Ability to manage multiple locations and operational requirements.

  • Willingness to work flexible schedules when required.
