The Technical Scaffolding Trainer is responsible for delivering scaffolding training programs and ensuring trainees develop the knowledge and practical skills required to safely erect, inspect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures in accordance with industry and safety standards.

• Conduct classroom and practical scaffolding training sessions.

• Develop and maintain training materials, procedures, and assessment tools.

• Evaluate trainee competency through written, verbal, and practical assessments.

• Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, and environmental standards.

• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to trainees.

• Maintain training records and prepare trainee performance reports.

• Promote safe work practices and adherence to industry regulations.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to training and competency development.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure training objectives are achieved.

• Technical or Engineering Diploma in a relevant discipline.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a training role.

• Minimum of 5 years' industrial scaffolding experience.

• Strong knowledge of scaffolding standards, procedures, and safe work practices.

• Excellent communication and instructional skills.

• Relevant scaffolding certifications are an advantage.
